Coaching is an process to guide and motivate people toward achieving their goals and creating a better life. There are many different approaches, but, at a high level, this process includes these steps:

Understand current internal & external situation
Collaborate to create an action plan

That depends a lot on where ewe are in the process. Generally, we are exploring elements of each step to identify areas for growth, root causes of any challenges, opportunities we can exploit, etc.
This may include discussions, mental/visioning exercises, worksheets, and other tools that will help us get perspective on where we are and how to get where we want to be.

No, but we can. We offer services on video call, by phone or in-person in a variety of settings. When you complete the initial inquiry form, you can specify your preferred format, which can change if/when you want.

While some characteristics, philosophies, and tactics may overlap, coaches are NOT mental health professionals and are not equipped to help you with mental health crises, diagnoses, treatments or situations related to them.
If you think you may need a mental health professional, let us know and we can refer you. We will also let you know, and stop sessions, if we think a mental health professional would be better equipped to support you.

Like most services, this depends on the type and scope of coaching you want.
One-on-one coaching is more personal and tailored. 2025 rates are $250 per session (50 min.) with discounts for multi-session packages:
6 Sessions: $1275 (15% Off)
12 Sessions: $2250 (25% Off)
